Natural Decay

Hello everybody,

i would like to simulate how long a cubesat (mass 3 kg; face area: 0.01m²) would take to naturally decay without any theter or dragsail or so from an altitude of 600km;
polar orbit to lets say 160km (end of simulation = 160km)? As this will take more than 25 years or so, How should i setup my propagator for doing this correctly
(type?; initial step size?; accuracy? min and max step size?, what ever else?)
