Possible To Write A Script To Import ISS Orbital Elements?

All -

Here is a fun and challenging exercise. I enter the current ISS vector into GMAT, I get it from:

http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/realdata/elements/

It would sure save me a lot of time and effort if I could get GMAT to go to that site and load that vector. I could possibly pay someone for that script - in early May.

Anyone interested??
